Aug 9, 2022 · Hey im considering buying Chivalry 2 but the steam charts for this game look really rough, what is the state of the game player wise? Is the game dying or are there any seriuos problems that could explain the low player count? because when i saw this game i thought it would be like Mordhau and have 10k+ players. Fucking atrocious honestly. I re-installed to see if they'd made the game better (perfomance/bug fixes) to find that 99% of "quick match" team objective modes are 10-20 players (max) with a lot of games being 8-10 players + bots. Server browser shows 90% empty servers. Servers that are populated are 10-15 players max.Archers are pivotal on this game and in real historical warfare. A few good archers on defense can make or break an objective. Yes, if you have fun and enjoy the class, it is 100% worth it.
